Confirmed.
Soppy will report back to Flamengo (Chelsea U21)
Congrats brother, you’ve built quite a team, which could even compete in the Premiership!
Congrats man! Beating the likes of Barca, Imter and Lens, what a run.
As for Chelsea, one shot on goal, one clear chance, taking the piss…

ProPAIN.
I’m definitely in.
Excited at the prospect of having more teams in the league. More competition couldn’t hurt. Will there be an expansion draft of some sort? We should figure that out before the transfer window before we need to release/promote players.
I have another proposal for Championship. Didn’t want to post a poll before getting the green light from the “Board” 😉
So as you guys know that we currently have a rule that Championship teams should be European based teams that are outside the top 75 list of club coefficients (UEFA). I wanted to propose an alternative: A Championship team should be selected from any league outside the top 5 European leagues (EPL, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A and La Liga).
If someone wants to keep the current criteria, then we can have a hybrid system where we have a team from the top 5 leagues but they have to be outside the top 75 in club coefficients.

Hehe, sorry james. With my senior teams shitting the bed I need to lock up some of the other awards for the cash lol
GG and thanks for the sim!
Rest in peace.
I wish I could’ve seen him play, but what he achieved in his lifetime is incredible.
GG evilo, thanks for the sim james
Thanks guys! I’m glad the kids didn’t let me down like my senior teams this season. Thankfully, some of the moves I made before this season paid off. It won’t be easy to defend another title though, especially with the level of competition and knowledge around here. At least I could leave my mark in the history books of this league!
GG LITN and thanks Zizou and james for simming all season.
Congrats to everyone for another great U21 season especially james, you’ve put together quite a team.
And finally thanks Zizou for passing on the messages from the ladies, much appreciated 😂
And that’s why I couldn’t root for the Argentinians. Lacked class and played like thugs, complaining to the referees, diving, etc.
Wait, what? I’ll be up front and say I wanted Argentina to win, but that was simply because I wanted to see Messi win it and hopefully end the years of bullshit I read/hear about him. I’ll also add that I don’t like players on both teams and Emiliano Martinez is one of those guys. Still, did you watch the match? Rabiot’s yellow was a scissors kick on De Paul from behind with zero intention of getting the ball. That was followed up shortly thereafter by Mbappe kicking De Paul from behind out of frustration (for which he wasn’t carded). Thuram took a big dive in the box trying to win a penalty. Muani embellished big time on the penalty he drew (as I did Di Maria it should be said, but less so, and both were still penalties). The French bench was complaining to the refs multiple times from what my broadcast said.
There’s honestly no point in arguing about this. When Nicolas Frutos admits on a panel for Belgian TV that Argentinian players are taught to “fight” since they play on the streets and have to make money to feed their families and they will “do everything” to win (unsportsmanlike or otherwise) then who are we to defend their actions. Throughout the tournament there was one team that stood out when you mentioned the word “unsportsmanlike”, even casual viewers could see it (in the group stages and knockouts, especially against the Netherlands). I’m not saying other teams didn’t have their moments of “dickishness”, but one team certainly was above the rest. The whole world (at least the majority) wanted to see Messi lift the cup, but they were certainly not rooting for the others. The whole Argentina team lacked class on and off the pitch (just need to see their interviews). Evilo has covered most the moments from the final but it’s not only yesterday that has made me feel this way about them. I stand by my statement, once Messi retires, Argentina will not be powerhouse/favorite, at best they’ll be another Uruguay (very good team with top players, plays dirty, have skill, that’s all).
Messi is certainly the best player of this generation (I didn’t have the chance to see other legends play so I can’t judge who is the GOAT), his talent is unreal but I have my reasons for not rooting for him. I won’t elaborate, because it’s an opinion many will dislike, but I’ve always rooted for the players that give everything on the pitch for the team regardless of their talent and show class both on and off the pitch and are humble in real life (Kante, Mane, etc.).
And that’s why I couldn’t root for the Argentinians. Lacked class and played like thugs, complaining to the referees, diving, etc.
Congratulations Argentina.
It was their last chance to win for a while. Without Messi they’re on the same level as Uruguay (a lot of similarities in many ways)
France have about 3 teams worth of talent waiting to take over. Mbappe can carry that team for at least 3 more WCs
I think Emiliano Martinez saves Messi once again
Dybala’s only contribution of the whole tournament. Yeeting the call out so Mbappe can’t score a 4th haha
Lautaro would make me punch my tv
