Not a fan of Croatia’s style of play, but they know they’re not going to out-skill their opponents. Livakovic and Gvardiol are crazy good this tournament.

It would be nice to have a Croatia-Morocco final, but for the entertainment factor France-Argentina will be pretty awesome. I think France takes it all now. The less I say about the Argentinians the better…

The starting 11 is the most complete and balanced team and they’ve got quality depth in most positions. They’ll beat Argentina in the semis.

France and Spain will the other semi. I really don’t know who goes through, will need to see how they play against stronger opposition.

I agree he went with too many CBs though…did he really need to take Disasi and Kolo Muani (regardless of form)? Even though he did take Koundé, I would’be taken Ferland Mendy and Mukiele (can play both CB and RB) or hell even Clauss (if he can take Rami to a WC and he doesn’t even play a game, then why not?).

Heart-breaking for Mexico…they wasted a lot of chances and had nothing left in the tank to defend a simple goal. I feel they would give France a better challenge compared to Poland since with the momentum. Poland doesn’t look strong at all.

Argentina with the easiest last 16 tie so far. Denmark choked big time.
