Note: The third patch of FM23 is still not out so CA ratings for players are subject to change. Sites like FMinside.net have the FM23 ratings however the ratings will be updated very soon when the third patch of FM is released for FM23. With that said, please wait to promote/demote senior players you may have at one team or the other until that third patch is released. If you want to call up your graduating U21 players or you know you’re going to move a player to one team or another, please post them below.

There are no Laportas here, willing and wanting to discuss with every reporter within earshot what Messi had for breakfast and whether it meant he misses Barcelona. Not every GM here is comfortable sharing their thoughts on u21 roster expansion beyond what they have privately to me and/or others because GMs are torn on it and I don’t know if they necessarily want to argue it on the board with other GMs who are passionately in favor of it. That said, with a vote of 10 in favor and 1 opposed (with 1 abstention), the measure to expand the outfield player max for u21 will pass. Rosters will increase from 30 outfielders to 32 with the usual 3 GKs. No one is required to go to roster max.

I will be updating the rules page to reflect the new rules and will be updating several threads as we continue to move into the offseason so your patience is appreciated.
