Frankly two of my teams suck and I will counter every time I need to. Hence Ouattara. I don’t see that big of a deal about the timing of it given that it obviously isn’t to mess with people. I would counter at 23:59 if I was going to make a bid for a player and someone swooped in with too much to bid for my next guy instead.
