the fact it took this long is a testament to how silly some fm ratings can be

FM24 ratings are based on the 22/23 season, so there’s always a lag time. Some get changed in last patch. Also the game isn’t meant to be played the way we use it. In the game as time passes and players play more, the ones with higher potential improve. Our players stay stagnant until the next version of the game is released.
